Traditional Recipes
In the past Walter Hill and Stewart Pabst, the Museum's Curator and former Director respectively, took turns
as guest of the Southern Style television show where they cooked traditional meals. They
prepared dishes that would have been commonly found in Horry's past. This is an archive of those recipes. If
you are aware of any we have missed, please email them to us.
