Sprinkle with salt and pepper Enjoy with a tall glass of iced tea. ========================= Pine Bark Stew ========================= 1 – 15oz can Salmon 1 – 16 oz can crushed tomatoes 2 slices fatback 1 med onion - chopped Salt and pepper to taste Hot Sauce (Texas Pete) to taste 2 Cups Cooked Rice. Fry fatback in iron skillet until brown Add chopped onion and sauté until caramelized Add tomatoes and salmon, salt, pepper, and hot sauce to taste Simmer about 25 minutes to meld flavors Serve over hot rice.
