Active Adult Series at the Horry County Museum continues with lecture on Horry County communities

The monthly Active Adult Series at the Horry County Museum will continue on January 16th at 1:00 PM with a lecture on Horry County communities. Join us to learn a little more about the different communities and towns that make up the largest county in South Carolina. The Active Adult Series is held the third Tuesday of each month and is perfect for new residents to the area, or lifetime locals who want to learn more about the place that they call home.
This lecture will also feature the introduction to a four week course on Marine Debris taught by Lisa Swanger from the Coastal Waccamaw Stormwater Education Consortium. The class, Marine Debris: Origins to Oceans, will be held on Tuesdays from January 16th to February 6th from 1:00 PM-2:00 PM.
The program will be held at the Horry County Museum, located at 805 Main Street, Conway SC. This series is free and open to the public, seating will be available.
