Horry County Museum Documentary Film Matinees for May 2017

The Horry County Museum continues its Documentary Matinee Series for 2017, featuring films from the museum’s collection. The films, which last from 30 minutes to an hour, will be shown on Wednesdays at 1:00 PM and will continue throughout the year.

May films include Hard to Say Goodbye: The Official Documentary of the Myrtle Beach Pavilion (May 3rd), Echoes of the Blue & the Gray: Veterans of the American Civil War (May 10th), Carolina Stories: Steel Roads and Iron Men (May 17th), Carolina Stories: South Carolina A to Z (May 24th), and Carolina Stories: Over Here-The Homefront During World War I (May 31st).

Films will be shown in the McCown Auditorium at the Horry County Museum, located at 805 Main Street, Conway SC. Showings are free and open to the public.
