SUMMARY:Cooking Demonstration
DESCRIPTION:Experience life on the “one horse farm” in Horry County from 1900-1955 at the L.W. Paul Living History Farm. Join us on April 4th from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM for a cooking demonstration on the wood burning stove. Wayne will demonstrate a variety of ways that chicken would have been prepared in order to make the most use of the bird to feed what would have been a large family. \nA free\, hour long\, guided tour of the Farm will be available to the public at 3:00 PM following the demonstration. \nThe L. W. Paul Living History Farm is open Tuesday-Saturday 9 AM-4 PM and teaches the history of the Horry County farm family. The farm is free and open to the public and is located at the corner of Hwy 701 North and Harris Short Cut Road in Conway\, SC. For more information\, call the L. W.
