DESCRIPTION:We’re celebrating textiles throughout March at the Horry County Museum. Join us Friday\, March 19th as local quilter and textile artist Barbara Jones shares a trunk show with some of her unique creations. Topics will include being bold with prints and color\, what to do with tiny scraps\, how to have fun with yarn\, and more! \nBarbara Jones’ studio was once the master bedroom of her home\, but is now filled with fabrics and yarns from around the world\, as well as a large tv that she can watch old black and white monster movies on while she creates. She also has a variety of books\, beads\, a gigantic cutting table on wheels\, sewing machine and way too many accessories for anything the might be needed! \nThe program will begin at 1:00 PM at the Horry County Museum\, located at 805 Main Street\, Conway SC.
