SUMMARY:Traditional Cooking Demonstration
DESCRIPTION:Experience life on the “one horse farm” in Horry County from 1900-1955 at the L.W. Paul Living History Farm. Join us on October 4th from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM for a cooking demonstration. Grits weren’t always just for breakfast. Join us to see how this southern staple would be cooked on a wood burning stove and learn how they would be used to compliment other foods like seafood and pork. \nA free\, hour long\, guided tour of the Farm will be available to the public at 3:00 PM following the demonstration. \nThe L. W. Paul Living History Farm is open Tuesday-Saturday 9 AM-4 PM and teaches the history of the Horry County farm family. The farm is free and open to the public and is located at the corner of Hwy 701 North and Harris Short Cut Road in Conway\, SC. For more information\, call the L. W.
